Four tiers. One standard.

Every student who trains at Apex — whether they pay published rates or hold a Tier 4 Strategic partnership — flies the same aircraft, uses the same simulators, and works with the same check airmen. The tiers define pricing and scheduling priority, not training quality. The quality does not vary.

Volume commitments. Commensurate discounts.

Apex's four-tier contract structure rewards operators who commit training volume with pricing advantages and guaranteed scheduling priority. Tier 1 is available to anyone. Tier 4 requires a three-year minimum commitment and 100+ pilots annually — and offers Apex's deepest operational integration.

QCAA, GCAA, GACA, EASA, Transport Canada.

Apex Jet Academy is an FAA-certificated Part 142 training center. Type ratings issued at Apex carry FAA authority. The validity of those ratings under a foreign civil aviation authority depends on the bilateral agreements in force between the United States and each country.

For Tier 4 partners operating under QCAA (Qatar), GCAA (UAE), GACA (Saudi Arabia), CAAS (Singapore), Transport Canada, or EASA member state authority, Apex's international compliance team coordinates the regulatory documentation, validation procedures, and authority notifications required for each jurisdiction.

ITAR clearances are required for non-U.S. persons training on certain aircraft types. Apex maintains ITAR compliance infrastructure and works with operators prior to course commencement to ensure all required authorizations are in place. Contact contracts@apexjetacademy.com for jurisdiction-specific guidance.
