1,050 units. Three tiers.
Every need covered.

A Gulf carrier crew arriving for a 5-day G700 recurrent and a pipeline student spending 90 days on campus both get exceptional. The campus was designed so that nobody who trains at Apex has to look far for a place to stay — and nobody has to compromise on quality regardless of tier.

Built for the people who train here.

Three tiers, 1,050 total units, studios through four-bedroom apartments. Every tier was designed to be genuinely excellent — not just adequate for the price point. The difference between tiers is configuration and amenities, not quality of construction.

The airport is part of the training.

Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE) is one of the busiest business aviation airports in the United States, with over 110,000 operations annually. Class D airspace, ILS approaches to runways 13/31, VOR/DME approaches, RNAV procedures, 24-hour customs, Part 135 charter operations, and a full-service FBO network — all at the same airport where Apex training happens.

Training at KFXE is not training in a sanitized environment. Ground control, tower, Fort Lauderdale Approach, and TRACON operations are live — the same frequencies, the same traffic mix, the same ATC workload that students will encounter in actual operations. This is not incidental. It is a deliberate part of the Apex training philosophy.

KFXE sits 9 miles north of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (KFLL) and in the Miami Class B airspace transition corridor — providing exposure to complex airspace structure and dense traffic that is unmatched at any purpose-built training facility.
